Over 10 years ago, I started coaching business owners, CEOs, executives and people who needed to communicate better quickly. Over this time, I have sought training in psychology, pitching and presenting, business development, personality preferences, deep meditation and healing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Process Communication Model (PCM) (conflict resolution / conflict prevention) and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) (influencing the subconscious brain to accept your ideas). I have spoken at over 100 conferences, events and functions and trained nearly 4,000 people. My own personal development has lead me to a practical understanding of what people need to develop and change, what is preventing them to do so and how to overcome their resistance. My goal is to create specific structures so that my clients can communicate exceptionally well consistently.
